Requirements
- A Levels / Diploma
- No experience required
- Good in Microsoft Office Skills
- Willing to attend IT training sessions to learn updates of company software
- Familiar with Social Media
- Able to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin (in order to record customers details for our temple events)
- Willing to work on rotating shift & weekends (5 days work week)

- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, payroll and HR information systems
- Familiar with Charities Board and Policy
- Review Employee HandBook and HR policies and updates when necessary
Conducting New Staff Orientation and develop training programme for employees - Experience in ISO and SQC
- Organise bi-monthly Board meeting, bi-weekly managers’ meeting and quarterly
- HR meeting, including minutes taking and writing
- Preparation of HR report for presentation
- To review monthly payroll activities including submission of any related grants/claims to government statutory board
- To organize yearly staff appraisal
- Manage staff insurance renewal
- Participate in Employee Opinion Survey
- Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
- To assist in temple duty during Vesak Day, Chinese New Year and any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's
- Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Administration/Management /Human Resource Management
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Skill required: Minutes taking in English and translation to Chinese

要求
